Once upon a time, there was a king, King Grumpy I, whose foul mood made the entire kingdom tremble. He was recognizable from afar: a large black cloud of rain and storm followed him everywhere, rumbling as soon as he approached.
But the king hadn't always been grumpy. Everything changed one day when, as a teenager, he ate against his will... a soup of Josette juice.
His very mischievous little brothers and sisters wanted to play a trick on him and soaked some old, dirty josettes in the vegetable broth that the kingdom's cook had prepared for the young king. In one gulp, the young boy's mouth twisted into an eternal grimace (a "yuck" sound), and the heavens themselves seemed to share his grief, for a small cloud formed just above his head, spitting out raindrops (a sound of rain and thunderstorm). The kingdom's servants tried everything: they offered him sweets, told him funny stories, organized joyful parties in the kingdom, but nothing worked...
His gloomy mood persisted, as did his capricious cloud, which threatened anyone who dared to come too close. And so the young king became the grumpiest and stormiest king of all time, sulking even in the sun, for his faithful cloud never left his side.
